Promotion Regulations

General information

1. The Regulations set out the rules for obtaining a price reduction in the online store at www.eyeon.design as part of the "Best Price Warranty" program (hereinafter referred to as the "program"). 
2. The organizer of the program is Eye on Design K. Jawrowska P.Horiza s.c. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Puławska 257 lok. 86, NIP: 5213894685, REGON: 385855520.
3. The program is valid in Poland and applies only to purchases in the online store at www.eyeon.design run by the Organizer (hereinafter as the "store").

1. Only customers who are adults who meet the conditions set out in these regulations (hereinafter as a "customer") can participate in the program. 
2. Subject to the following provisions, the program provides for the possibility of reducing the price of the product - applies to the situation when the conditions justifying obtaining a price reduction occurred before making a purchase.
3. The condition for obtaining a price reduction is that the customer demonstrates that in relation to the product covered by the program, there is an identical product available at a lower price in force during the program. The identical product is the product of the same model or type with identical code designations of the manufacturer, i.e. size, color and with the same properties as the product covered by the program, full -fledged, not from the exhibition, available in Poland exclusively from licensed distributors in Poland competitive to the store. 
4. The program does not apply to identical products covered by the discount due to the deterioration of their quality or exhibition, as well as available on all kinds of auctions, tenders, and platforms offering group purchases. 
5. The program is not covered by products from the sale. 
6. The price of the product must be expressed in the Polish currency (PLN). When comparing the products, other costs will not be taken into account except the price of the product itself (e.g. shipping costs). 
7. In order to use the program, you should send an email to support@eeyeon.design containing the name, surname and link to the competition product page. The organizer will immediately send a competitive offer. 
8. The program organizer reserves the right to verify the information specified in point 3 above in terms of meeting the requirement of authenticity Product and validity of the price. 
9. The organizer has the right to refuse to reduce the price or return the difference in the price without giving justification. 
10. Each customer can take part in the program many times, however, they must always meet the conditions contained in these regulations. 
11. The program does not combine with other promotions and discounts available on the store's website. 

1. Every customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the course of the program. The complaint should contain the details of the person paying the complaint (name, surname and correspondence address), the reason for the complaint with determining the complaint request, as well as information that applies to the program. 
2. The complaint should be sent electronically to the following address: support@eyeon.design no later than within 14 (fourteen) days of sending the application in accordance with para. II points 3 and 8 of the Regulations. 
3. The organizer considers the complaint no later than 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of its receipt. The organizer will inform the Customer about how to consider the complaint to the e -mail address indicated in the complaint sent by electronic means. 
4. The above complaint procedure does not exclude other customer rights on the basis of generally applicable law.
5. Complaints about the goods, i.e. furniture and accessories available in the store purchased under the program, take place on the general principles set out in the Civil Code and the Store Regulations.

2. The organizer reserves the right to amend the provisions of the Regulations, with the provisions that the rights acquired by customers before making a change will be fully respected, and the amended regulations will not impose on them other than previously obligations. 
3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the program at any time. 
4. The provisions of these Regulations do not exclude or limit the rights of the Customer under applicable legal provisions, in particular arising from the Civil Code and the Act on consumer rights. 
5. The regulations enter into force of January 17, 2022.
