1. Each of our customers (both individual and business) can return the purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 days from the day on which he came into possession of the purchased item (delivery of the order).
2.1. To maintain the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough to send information on the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. Then, after receiving the refund confirmation, within 14 days you must be delivered at your own expense unused and undamaged goods to the address indicated by us.
2.2. The estimated cost of return in the case of non -normal/dimensional products may oscillate in the range of PLN 1,000 - PLN 3,000 depending on the carrier, whose choice will be made by the buyer.
2.3. The buyer is responsible for organizing a return on his own. The buyer is responsible for reducing the value of things, resulting from using it in a different way than it was necessary to find the character, features and functioning of things.
2.4. To the package with a statement and returned product/products, also attach all accessories and receipt or invoice received with it/them.
3.1. If the goods returned by the buyer belongs to the furniture category, we recommend using the services of a professional company specializing in the transport of this type of goods, e.g. Ambro Express, DHL, DPD.
You can use the services of another transport company, which offers the ability to provide a secure shipment with circulated parameters.
3.2. If the sent goods are susceptible to damage (e.g. products with glass or delicate elements), we recommend buying options (eg "carefully") and pay the courier's attention to mark the shipment accordingly.
3.3. If the Buyer sends the goods, he is responsible for its proper packaging (preferably in the original packaging, along with all the original materials securing the goods against damage). The Buyer is responsible for new damage (not the basis for complaints) resulting during feedback, resulting from defective packing by the goods.
4.1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we refund all of the received payments, excluding the shipping cost, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and found no signs of damage and use. We will make a refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have clearly agreed to another solution. Only consumers are entitled to this right.
5.1. The right to withdraw from the contract concluded outside the premises of the enterprise or at a distance is not entitled to the consumer in relation to contracts covering non -refractory goods.
Returns do not include personalized products to order, i.e. those whose individual personification of performance for the customer may limit or exclude its sale by the seller, thus exposing him to any unjustified costs. Personalized products are understood as a non -diaphragized goods, produced according to the consumer specification or serving to satisfy his individualized needs. In special situations, such goods can be accepted by the seller only after prior arrangement with the seller.
